A street and indoor theatre company offering parades, giant puppets, circus acts, children’s entertainment and visual performances.
Teatro La Cosa is a professional theatre company with over 25 years of experience in the performing arts. It specialises in both street and indoor theatre, with work designed for public spaces such as streets, parks and squares. Its productions combine strong visual staging with positive messages and social awareness.
The company creates parades, processions and carnival troupes featuring giant puppets, stilt walkers, jugglers and aerial acts. Its repertoire also includes fire performances and fire eating, black theatre, comedy sketches and percussion.
For younger audiences, it offers children’s entertainment, storytelling and face painting, using airbrush make-up techniques. Arts workshops in the disciplines it covers can also be part of its work.
Teatro La Cosa can bring its performances to town fiestas, festivals and events looking for roaming entertainment or a visual programme for public spaces. It also performs indoors and offers formats for family events. The company has taken part in festivals and events across Spain and the Americas.
