Fast, hard-hitting punk rock with incisive lyrics, original songs and a few covers.
Sal de Aki are a band from Baix Penedès in the province of Tarragona, bringing fast, direct punk rock to the stage. Their sound pairs punk energy with heavier, more forceful rhythms. Their lyrics are willing to challenge the audience, while other songs are there to make the crowd enjoy itself.
The line-up is Txus on vocals; Gabi and Miki on guitars and backing vocals; Isra on bass; and Luismi on drums. With two guitars and a full rhythm section, the group offers a straightforward live band format with lead and backing vocals.
The set features original songs alongside a handful of covers, and the selection changes over time. Their influences include punk from the 1980s and 1990s, with some weightier, metal-leaning elements in the mix.
Sal de Aki suit parties and music programmes looking for an energetic punk rock set. They can also be considered for weddings and private events seeking a guitar-led live performance; agree the format and practical details for the venue in advance.
