A guitar and vocal duo performing carefully arranged covers for dinners, private celebrations and corporate events.
Perversiones Covers is a two-piece act for a relaxed, close-up live set. Jose María Ortega sings lead and plays electric guitar, while Pedro Larriba provides acoustic guitar and backing vocals. The duo can perform in an indoor venue or outdoors in a garden.
Their covers draw on well-known Spanish and international hits from the 1980s, with occasional selections from the 1990s and 2000s. The songs are arranged for both instruments and voices, with touches of jazz and bossa nova. Rich harmonies and clear electric guitar phrasing shape the sound. Their influences include Los Secretos, Antonio Vega and Joaquín Sabina.
The duo can provide live music for dinners, private celebrations and parties in gardens or indoor venues. For businesses, it can accompany cocktails, business review meetings and team-building events. Sound equipment is included. The venue needs to provide a private changing space and vehicle access, with access at least three hours ahead for setup and sound checks.
