Original jazz for weddings, corporate events and celebrations, led by pianist Pau Viguer with double bass and drums.
Pau Viguer Trío brings live jazz to weddings, corporate functions, public festivals and private celebrations. Pianist and composer Pau Viguer leads the group, drawing on a background in both classical piano and jazz, as well as concert experience across Spain.
The core line-up is piano, double bass and drums. The performance can also feature singer Cristina Blasco or tenor saxophonist Borja Baixauli. For indoor venues, the group can provide a 600 W sound system, a vocal microphone, and the required instrument connections and drum miking.
The set can focus on Pau Viguer’s own compositions, released across four albums by the trio, or include well-known jazz pieces. Bossa nova, swing, blues, Latin and fusion are also part of the musical range, alongside influences from classical music, soul and pop. Original pieces include “Paseo por la vida”, “Arena” and “Muy delicado”.
The group is suited to wedding receptions, concerts, recitals, private gatherings and company events looking for live instrumental music, with the option of adding vocals or saxophone.
