Pakito Baeza blends Afro-Cuban percussion with digital dance music in a rhythm-led live show.
Percussionist Pakito Baeza brings together digital backing and Afro-Cuban percussion in a live set shaped around rhythm. His sound pairs dance music with the energy of organic percussion, making the beat a central part of the performance.
The repertoire draws on Pakito & Friends, a double album of 19 tracks spanning different styles and rhythms within dance music. The project reflects Pakito’s work with DJs including Chus, Ceballos and David Penn. His artist associations also include Latin Percussion, Stereo Productions and Deep Bass Records.
