A live rock big band playing Spanish and international classics, with a show lasting more than four hours.
Orquesta Recover brings Spanish and international rock to the stage as a big band. The project began in 2009, founded by musicians based in Logroño and Madrid who wanted to create a distinctive live covers orchestra. Its members have backgrounds in pop-rock bands, with experience recording demos, releasing albums and performing across Spain, as well as touring in France, Italy and Portugal.
The performance can run for more than four hours. The band brings its own lighting and sound equipment, including a Line Array system, stage lighting and smoke machines. Live performance is at the heart of the format, with room for rock classics from Spain and beyond.
The set draws on Spanish and international rock covers, with artists such as AC/DC, Leño, Metallica and Fito & Fitipaldis among its references.
With its large-scale line-up and extended set, Orquesta Recover can suit town festivals, public celebrations and private events looking for a live rock concert. It may also work well at weddings or corporate events where there is space for a full band and an audience keen on rock.
