ObsCure is a Barcelona-based tribute to The Cure. The live show explores the British band’s catalogue, moving from familiar favourites to deeper cuts for fans who want a broader selection.
The performance can run for up to 150 minutes. Its set includes around 40 songs and covers most of The Cure’s albums. ObsCure aims for a faithful sound and uses instruments associated with the original group, bringing a powerful live presence to the music.
The five-piece features Horacio on vocals and guitars, Marcos on guitars, DAT on keyboards, Salva on drums and Carlos on bass. This line-up brings the different instrumental layers of The Cure’s songs to the stage.
ObsCure can suit town festivals, live music venues and private events where guests enjoy The Cure’s catalogue. It can also feature at a wedding or corporate event for an audience keen on alternative rock and tribute acts.
