Classical oriental dance shaped by Egyptian training, elegant movement and a spiritual whirling dervish dance.
Nirtán presents classical oriental dance with an elegant, finely judged style. Training with an Egyptian master and years of dancing in Marrakech inform a performance focused on expressive movement and a strong connection with the audience.
A distinctive feature is her whirling dervish dance, a spiritual, trance-like form of movement. Nirtán approaches Arabic dance in search of authenticity, giving close attention to subtle gestures and stage presence.
Oriental dance can add an artistic feature to weddings, private celebrations, parties and corporate events looking for an Arabic-inspired performance. The show offers a distinct moment shaped by expressive movement and a restrained, graceful interpretation.
