Live percussion alongside electronic music, with an improvisational approach and event experience alongside national and international DJs.
Ninico el Negro is the stage name of Edgar Oliveros, a percussionist based in Galicia. His performance pairs live percussion with electronic music, adding a played rhythm to a DJ set or other electronic format. It suits events looking for an energetic contribution with room for improvisation.
Improvisation and drive shape his style. He can adjust his playing to different musical styles and to the requirements of the occasion. The percussion provides a live rhythmic layer alongside electronic music.
His experience includes events with commercial music artists and DJs from Spain and abroad, including DJ Steve Angello, DJ Chus, DJ Abel Ramos, DJ Christian de Hugo and DJ David Herrero.
This format can work for parties, private events and celebrations featuring electronic music or a DJ set. It can also be considered for corporate events and weddings seeking live percussion. The performance is shaped around the event’s musical style and requirements.
