From Barcelona, Next Level Band bring a six-piece live show built around familiar songs from the 1980s and 1990s, alongside more recent tracks. They travel to events and can suit weddings, local celebrations and private parties looking for a set that moves between several styles.
The performance lasts two and a half hours and moves between pop, rock, disco and some flamenco rhythms. The band play entirely live and bring their own sound equipment. Their song list includes “Highway to Hell”, “Barbie Girl”, “Rhythm Is a Dancer”, “Maniac” and “Todo tiene su fin”. Medleys are also part of the set, helping the show keep its pace.
The staging is deliberately playful, pairing rock numbers with disco and flamenco material, and may include unexpected costume choices. The line-up is Sixto Requejo on drums; Joan Fonxs on bass and guitar; Silvia Moss on vocals; Francesc Gonyalons on guitar; Jorge Candel on alto saxophone and wind controller; and Oscar del Amo on piano.
