A vocal trio with percussion, three-part arrangements and songs by women, with flute or piano accompaniment.
Naranja Entera Trío Vocal perform a concert built around songs written or performed by women, from traditional pieces to work by Latin American singer-songwriters. Three-part harmonies and percussion bring the lyrics and vocal blend to the fore.
The trio features Celia Díez on vocals and percussion, Laura Torrero on vocals and flute, and Belén López on vocals and piano. The performance can be predominantly vocal and a cappella, with flute or piano accompaniment. For small rooms, they can perform without technical equipment; audiences of more than 100 require three microphones and three monitors.
The set can include traditional songs such as «Panaderas» and «Al pasar la barca», alongside pieces associated with Violeta Parra, Gabriela Mistral, Marta Gómez, Cecilia and Maria Arnal. It also features a Sephardic song and wedding songs. The arrangements are for three voices and percussion, with a focus on women’s music and varied musical traditions.
This is a good fit for concerts, cultural programmes and private events looking for live vocal music with a distinctive repertoire. The intimate format can also work well at weddings and parties, particularly in smaller venues.
