Nadia Sax performs solo or as a sax, vocal and piano duo, covering styles from jazz to house.
Based in Palma de Mallorca, Nadia Sax is a saxophonist and composer available as a solo performer or in a duo with a singer and pianist. The project supplies professional sound equipment for each event and requires an electrical socket.
Her set can draw on jazz, blues, soul, R&B, funk, pop and house. Lounge and chill-out sounds suit more relaxed settings, while pop hits can bring a familiar touch to a celebration. Choosing the duo adds vocals and piano alongside the saxophone.
Nadia comes from an extended family of musicians and artists. Her interest in jazz, improvisation and composition shaped her connection with the saxophone and informs her work as a performer.
A solo saxophone set can accompany a drinks reception or cocktail hour. The singer-pianist duo offers a fuller format for weddings, private celebrations and corporate events. The range of styles can suit both laid-back settings and parties with a more upbeat pop or dance feel.
