Book Mundo Futuro, a Mecano tribute band, for town festivities, theatres and 80s nights in 2026. Fixed, no-obligation quote within 24 hours.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Mecano is the group that has had more generations singing than any other in Spain, and Mundo Futuro is the tribute band bringing its songs to the stage. A live tribute concert to Mecano to relive the great 1980s anthems with live musicians and an audience that knows every word.
Mundo Futuro is a Mecano tribute band: it is not Mecano or a reunion of its members, but a live tribute to their repertoire. The show runs through the group's greatest hits with a live band and 80s look, in a format built for singing and dancing from start to finish.
It works just as well in a theatre as in a town square: Mecano's classics bring parents, children and grandparents together in front of the stage.
The concert includes Mecano's best-loved songs, such as:
Maquillaje
Barco a Venus
Hijo de la Luna
Mundo Futuro is an active tribute booked by town councils and venues. In October 2025 it filled the Atrium in Viladecans with Mecano songs, and on 18 April 2026 Daimiel City Council booked it for a tribute concert.
