MUFUNK shapes each DJ set around the occasion, spanning soulful classics from the 1950s to contemporary sounds.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
MUFUNK is a DJ who tailors each set to the mood and character of the occasion. Her selections draw on several decades of popular music, pairing familiar tracks with a thoughtful sound that can suit different audiences.
The musical journey can begin in the 1950s, move through 1980s and 1990s favourites, and reach more modern rhythms. For Soul, Funk, Disco and Latin Soul sets, MUFUNK can also play on vinyl. She brings her own equipment and has performed in nightlife venues, at events and at private parties.
The focus is on Black music and a broad selection of quality sounds, from well-known classics to contemporary tracks. The precise mix is shaped around the atmosphere you want to create.
This format works well for private parties, celebrations and events looking for a personalised DJ set. MUFUNK has also collaborated with the Movember Movement at its closing party.
