Valencian indie rock trio performing original songs in Spanish in electric or acoustic format.
Book Mr Sanchez for a live event
Mr Sanchez are a Valencian indie rock trio formed in London in 2017. They perform original songs in Spanish, with a choice of electric or acoustic show. The line-up is Darío Sánchez on vocals and guitar, Coque González on bass and vocals, and Héctor García on drums.
What the show offers
The band selects material from its three albums for a set of up to 60 minutes. The song choice can be shaped around the audience and the type of concert. Their live sound pairs pop rock melodies with elements of Anglo-American alternative rock, delivered by three musicians with an engaging rapport on stage.
Sound and repertoire
The songs range from power pop to synth rock. Spanish-language lyrics move between singer-songwriter storytelling and direct rock energy, with punk rock and grunge among the influences. The acoustic option gives the material a different arrangement; the electric set brings the full band sound.
Events that suit the band
Mr Sanchez can suit town fiestas, music programmes, venues and private events looking for original indie rock performed live. The band may also be considered for weddings or celebrations built around original music. The client provides PA, two microphones and a sound technician.
