Hire Merce Availability and quotes for your event
Merce performs original songs in a one-hour set with voice, guitar and drums, centred on personal lyrics.
Book Merce for concerts and events
Merce is the solo project of Mercedes Bueno Aramendía, a singer and guitarist who writes and performs her own songs. Joined by percussionist Rodrigo Huguet, she delivers a one-hour live set featuring twelve tracks from Abeja Reina, an album written, played and recorded by the artist herself.
A voice, guitar and drums line-up
The performance is built around Merce’s vocals and guitar, accompanied by Rodrigo Huguet on drums. It brings together an energetic delivery and a personal lyrical perspective, with songs that evoke memories and dreams.
Original pop and musical influences
The set consists of original songs. Merce’s influences include Tahúres Zurdos, Amaral, Texas, Pretenders and Patti Smith. The result is a pop performance led by an expressive voice and a carefully shaped sound.
Events that suit Merce
Merce can fit concerts, cultural programmes, festivals and private events seeking an original singer-songwriter pop performance. The one-hour set can work as a headline performance or as part of a programme featuring other artists.
