Mario Picazo brings television presenting experience and a background in meteorology and science communication to events.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Mario Picazo is a meteorologist, science communicator and television presenter. For many years he was a familiar face presenting weather on Telecinco, where he also hosted programmes such as Supervivientes: Perdidos en Honduras and ¡Clever!. His on-screen experience can suit presentations and events looking for a host with a science and communications background.
His career spans television, teaching and science communication. He has taught meteorology at the University of California and appeared on programmes including El programa de Ana Rosa and Espejo Público. He also presented the TVE series Climas Extremos.
Alongside his television work, Mario Picazo has carried out meteorological studies and written popular science books, including Los grillos son un termómetro. This background lends itself to presentations and contributions focused on weather and scientific communication.
He may suit corporate events, public occasions and gatherings that need an experienced television presenter or a speaker with a meteorology focus. His role and the content can be discussed to fit the event format.
