Marea brings raw Spanish rock, poetic lyrics and a powerful live sound to concerts and events.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Formed in Berriozar, Navarre, in 1997, Marea are one of Spain’s best-known rock bands. Their sound is direct and gritty, paired with the poetic, visceral writing of frontman Kutxi Romero. The line-up also features Alén Ayerdi on drums, Kolibrí Díaz and César Ramallo on guitars, and Eduardo Beaumont, known as El Piñas, on bass. Their catalogue and commanding live performances make them a strong choice for events looking for Spanish rock with a distinct voice.
Marea’s concerts bring together the band’s driving energy and songs about everyday life, love, rebellion and social struggle. The set can include tracks such as “La Luna me sabe a poco”, “Corazón de mimbre”, “El hijo de la Inés” and “El perro verde”. Their albums include La patera, Besos de perro and Los potros del tiempo. They have also recorded with Robe Iniesta and Fito Cabrales.
