Close-up and stage magic with comedy, for children, families and adult audiences.
Mago Apolo Rex offers several kinds of magic for family gatherings, celebrations and professional events. Based in Girona, he performs mainly in Catalonia and can bring his shows to stages in other locations. His interest in illusion began in childhood, grew through years of practice and study, and led to professional performances.
Choose close-up magic, with cards, coins and handkerchiefs performed right in front of the audience, or a larger stage show. Depending on the format, he works alone or with one or two assistants. The performances combine illusion, humour and surprises, with options for children, families and adults.
Adult shows can feature mind reading, escape acts and large-scale illusions. Close-up magic suits terraces, venues and celebrations, while the stage format works well for a larger group. Mago Apolo Rex is a member of the Spanish Society of Illusionism.
