Luitingo is the stage name of José Luis Romero, a singer from Triana in Seville and one of the young voices of flamenco pop. His music takes the rhythm of the neighbourhood into today's pop, with joyful, romantic and very danceable songs. Booking Luitingo means a live show with soul and choruses the audience sings from the very first song.
Raised in Triana, the cradle of so many flamenco singers and artists, Luitingo grew up between flamenco and Andalusian popular music. His voice reached a wide audience with Chico Perfecto and Cachitos de Amor, songs from the film Operación Camarón that opened the door to a much broader public.
Alongside them come his own songs such as Donde se ponga una gitana, where he blends rumba, flamenco and pop with a very personal stamp.
A Luitingo concert brings together the songs that made his name:
Chico Perfecto, from Operación Camarón
Cachitos de Amor, from Operación Camarón
Donde se ponga una gitana
Town fiestas and summer open-air dances
Andalusian ferias and marquees
Flamenco pop and rumba festivals
Municipal cultural events
Weddings, private and corporate events
Luitingo is fully active on stage throughout 2026, performing at a range of venues. He is a very attractive choice for summer programmes, ferias and town festivals looking for a fresh, warm Andalusian voice that connects with audiences of all ages.
Luitingo's fee is not a fixed figure: it depends on the date, the city, the concert format, the capacity and the technical and production requirements. We prepare a fixed, no-obligation quote in less than 24 hours.
