A comedy music duo performing Joaquín Sabina songs and other artists, with improvisation and a show of up to two hours.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Los Sabineros bring together live music, comedy and audience entertainment in a show built around songs by Joaquín Sabina and other artists. The duo features Flaco Rodríguez on vocals and crowd animation, and Mario Ojeda on acoustic guitar and vocals. Depending on the booking, they can perform as a duo, trio or quartet.
The performance lasts two hours. Rather than following a fixed set list, the musicians choose songs as the show unfolds. Sabina’s music sits alongside material by Serrat, José Luis Perales, Nino Bravo and Pimpinela, as well as English-language songs delivered with an Andalusian accent. Music and comedy share the stage: the performance opens in a more restrained way before the duo’s playful character takes over.
Their influences also include The Beatles, Eric Clapton, Led Zeppelin and B. B. King. They have performed in locations across Spain and in Tétouan, Morocco. Their past large-scale concerts include appearances alongside Los Chunguitos and OBK, as well as a Madrid event attended by more than 3,000 people.
The format can work for local festivals, private celebrations and events looking for familiar songs with a comic edge. They can provide sound for venues of up to 100 people; for other bookings, they usually work with the event’s sound system, subject to the technical requirements.
The price depends on the date, location, line-up format and technical requirements. Request a no-obligation quote and expect a response within 24 hours.
