Los Incansables, also known as Frito Variado Musical, are a covers band built around 1980s pop rock. Their live set moves between high-energy numbers, songs to dance to and ballads, giving the concert room for different moods.
The band is a four-piece, with vocals, guitar, bass and drums. Each member brings extensive musical experience and has played in other line-ups before coming together for this project. On stage, they deliver a lively performance centred on familiar songs, with an upbeat feel. The show suits audiences who want to dance as well as those who prefer to listen along.
Alongside 80s pop rock, the band draws on rock, blues, jazz and disco. Artists represented include Queen, Tequila, Gary Moore, Fangoria, Los Chanclas, Fito, Chuck Berry and R.E.M. The listed songs include “Salta”, “Sin documentos”, “Mi religión”, “Crazy”, “La casa por el tejado”, “Soldadito marinero”, “Johnny B. Goode”, “La flaca”, “Libre”, “Al que le gusta” and “A quién le importa”.
This tribute format can work for town fiestas, private celebrations and corporate events looking for a live band playing pop and rock favourites. It can also suit weddings with music for guests from different generations. The mix of dance numbers, ballads and rock gives the set variety.
