Los Barones bring Sherpa and Hermes together to perform Barón Rojo songs alongside new material.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Los Barones revisit a key part of Barón Rojo’s catalogue on stage. Formed in 2019, the band features Sherpa and Hermes, the original group’s bassist and drummer, with guitarists Marcelo Valdés and Sergio Rivas. Their set brings together new songs and Barón Rojo favourites written by Sherpa.
Barón Rojo was one of Spain’s best-known heavy metal bands of the 1980s. Their album Volumen Brutal was recorded in London and helped take the band to Reading Festival in 1982, where they appeared alongside acts such as Iron Maiden. They also gained a strong following in Latin America. Los Barones connect that history with original material, played by a live band featuring vocals, guitars, bass and drums.
The show centres on heavy rock, including familiar Barón Rojo songs composed by Sherpa. New material adds another strand while keeping the set linked to that era of the band.
A strong choice for town festivals, rock festivals and concert programmes looking for a live band with roots in Spanish heavy metal.
