La Camacha brings drag and cabaret-style performance, music, comedy, dance and audience participation to a wide range of events.
La Camacha is a drag and transformist performer with five years’ experience on stage and at private events. Her show blends lip-sync, dance, comedy and audience interaction, with costumes she creates herself and a polished look paired with a playful sense of humour. The performance can be shaped around the event’s atmosphere and audience.
The set can move between comic moments, games and musical numbers, from lively dance to ballads. La Camacha has an extensive wardrobe and a music list from which suitable tracks can be selected. A sound system and microphone are required.
Her repertoire covers Latin music, folk, pop and some English-language songs. Her musical influences include Ana Mena, Selena Quintanilla and Mónica Naranjo. The show mixes dance, comedy and more melodic songs, with opportunities for guests to join in.
She has performed at weddings, hen parties, birthdays and nightclubs, as well as day centres and care homes. Her experience also includes events for children and audiences of different ages. She has worked in Madrid, Málaga, Granada, Cádiz, Estepona and Torremolinos, among other places. Her work includes brand appearances for Camel and fashion shows with Scruff and designer Bruno Langarica.
