Juan Amodeo brings observational comedy, character impressions and familiar family humour to the stage.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Juan Amodeo is an actor and stand-up comedian, also known online as Amodeo13. His comedy moved from short social media videos to live stages, combining monologues, impressions and recognisable everyday situations. He is an option for organisers looking to add live comedy to a celebration or event.
His best-known comic touches include impressions of his mother and the gag of eating a sheet of paper, which became a signature of his videos. After performing in bars and venues, he took his work to theatres with Ser o no ser Amadeo13.
His comedy draws on everyday life, characters and impressions. His book Los misterios de la risa. Las historias que escribí mientras comía papel collects short humorous stories about family, friendship and love.
A live comedy set can work at weddings, private parties and corporate events looking for a comic segment. It may also suit local festivals with a comedy programme. Ask about the format for your event.
