A live pop rock covers duo playing familiar Spanish and English songs from the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s.
JdV Live brings a pop rock covers set to the stage as a duo, led by Javi del Val on vocals and guitar. The show is lively and audience-focused, with songs many guests will know and can sing along or dance to. It suits weddings, parties and other events looking for live music with a familiar feel.
The core set draws on Spanish and English-language pop and rock from the 2000s, 90s and 80s. Artists covered include Estopa, El Canto del Loco, Pereza, Fito & Fitipaldis, Maná, Green Day and The Beatles. The repertoire also ranges into indie, punk, country, soul, funk, jazz, metal and Latin or urban music. Both covers and original songs are part of the offer.
The duo supplies sound and lighting, including two 800 W speakers, amplifiers, monitors, a mixing desk, LED spotlights and a light tower for the audience. The performance area needs an earthed power connection with 4,000 W available. Setup usually begins between 30 and 60 minutes before the show. A two-hour repertoire includes pop rock and rock and roll songs and medleys.
