A Murcia based Jamiroquai tribute with vocals, guitar, bass and drums, blending funk, acid jazz and disco touches.
JAMIROQUARTET are a four piece band from the Region of Murcia celebrating Jamiroquai’s music. Javier Loar sings, joined by Toni Marín on bass, Miguel Ángel Orengo on drums and Iván Tirado on guitar. Their lively, energetic performance is built to get the party moving from the outset.
The band puts its own Mediterranean stamp on Jamiroquai’s songs. Funk and acid jazz sit alongside disco touches and electronic effects, delivered by a full band in a dynamic set made for dancing.
The set includes songs such as “Love Foolosophy”, “Cosmic Girl”, “Virtual Insanity”, “Bad Girl” and “Corner of the Earth”, as well as “Sunny”, “If I Like It, I Do It”, “The Kids” and “Canned Heat”. The focus stays on Jamiroquai’s catalogue and its funk and acid jazz sound.
This tribute can work well at town fiestas, private celebrations and corporate events looking for live funk with a dance friendly feel. It can also bring a lively band set to a wedding programme.
