Isabel Floristan performs jazz, soul, blues, boleros and folk in formats ranging from solo piano and vocals to a quartet.
Isabel Floristan is a vocalist studying jazz and tango singing at Barcelona’s ESEM Taller de Musics conservatoire. Her show can be shaped around a choice of formats and repertoire, from an intimate voice-and-piano set to a jazz or bolero ensemble.
The jazz duo pairs vocals with guitar, featuring songs from the jazz repertoire and Borja Lange on guitar. For boleros and Cuban son, Isabel offers a quartet that can also be adapted to a duo or trio. Her blues-rock concert includes songs by Eric Clapton, Extremoduro, the Rolling Stones, B. B. King, Dire Straits, Jimi Hendrix and Los Zigarros.
She also performs solo, usually with piano and sometimes with guitar, singing boleros and Spanish and Latin folk. The set can be tailored to the requested repertoire within the styles she specialises in: jazz, soul, blues and bolero.
These options can suit weddings, local festivals, private celebrations and corporate events looking for live vocals. Choosing a solo, duo, trio or quartet line-up helps match the performance to the repertoire and event budget. The listed technical requirements are a power socket and a stage.
