A Pink Floyd tribute by eight musicians, featuring female backing vocals, saxophone and a set of classic progressive rock songs.
IM-PULSE perform a concert dedicated to Pink Floyd, with an eight-piece line-up. The band brings together lead vocals and guitar, guitar and vocals, piano, Hammond and keyboards, bass, drums, tenor and baritone saxophone, and two female backing vocalists. It is a full-band progressive rock tribute for events looking for a live concert.
The set draws on Pink Floyd favourites, including “The Great Gig in the Sky”, “Another Brick in the Wall”, “Money”, “Time” and “Comfortably Numb”. The group has also featured a 20-child choir on “The Wall” at a previous concert. This has been part of an earlier performance and would need to be discussed for a new booking.
The performance focuses on Pink Floyd’s progressive rock sound. Songs include “Shine On You Crazy Diamond”, “Learning to Fly”, “Wish You Were Here”, “Us and Them” and “Run Like Hell”.
The tribute can be considered for town festivals, private celebrations, weddings and corporate events seeking live rock. The eight musicians bring a broad mix of instruments and voices to the stage.
