A 100-minute musical journey featuring 14 original compositions for acoustic piano and flute.
iBeLife brings together pianist Borja Rodríguez and flautist Laura Torrero. Their 100-minute performance follows different stages of life through original music, creating a reflective setting for audiences to listen and connect with the moment.
Played acoustically, the programme features 14 pieces composed by Borja Rodríguez. Titles include “Ending”, “Song For Hugo”, “Smiles&Tears”, “Felicidad” and “Eternity”. The sound draws on minimalist piano music, with influences such as Ludovico Einaudi, Philip Glass, Yiruma, Michael Nyman and Yann Tiersen.
This piano and flute duo can suit wedding ceremonies or receptions, private celebrations and corporate events looking for a quieter musical feature. It may also fit cultural programmes and local festivities where a concert setting is appropriate.
The venue needs an acoustic piano, preferably a grand. Piano hire can be discussed if the venue does not have one. Soft lighting is recommended; depending on the room, audio equipment and microphones may also be needed, supplied by the client.
