Hotel Ruido are a covers duo, combining live vocals and instruments with a recorded drum track.
Hotel Ruido are a covers duo featuring Hugo Ocasar and Arturo Dulanto, both experienced musicians who have played in various bands over many years. Their compact line-up suits events looking for familiar songs performed live, especially where stage space is limited.
The drums come from a recorded backing track, while the duo play bass and guitar and sing live. This creates a fuller group sound with just two performers and a smaller footprint than a larger band. The format can also help keep the event budget down compared with booking more musicians.
The set draws on Spanish pop and rock, with songs associated with M-Clan, Pereza, La Fuga, El Canto del Loco, Melendi, Platero y Tú, Barricada, Alaska, Los Ronaldos, Revólver, Antonio Flores, Camilo Sesto, Nino Bravo, Marea, Tino Casal, Guaraná, Juanes, Manolo García and Reincidentes.
Hotel Ruido can work for weddings, parties, private celebrations and company events that need live covers in a compact set-up. Their choice of artists offers Spanish pop and rock for a broad mix of guests.
