A Latin dance show featuring salsa, Cuban timba, Afro-Cuban rhythms and Brazilian dance styles.
Grupo de bailes latinos performs salsa shows for a range of celebrations and event formats. The company takes part in salsa congresses in Spain and internationally, and has competed in national contests. Its performances suit weddings, birthday parties, corporate events and other occasions looking to add Latin dance.
Styles can include Cuban timba, salsa on1, Afro-Cuban rhythms and Brazilian dance. This gives the performance room to focus on salsa or bring several Latin influences together. Some members are professional dancers with international recognition in their field.
The group has appeared at salsa congresses and entered national competitions. At Amigos x la Salsa in Málaga, it placed first in 2010 and 2011, and also achieved third place in the 2011 edition. Its teachers Adrián and Anita, five-time salsa champions, are among its key influences.
The show can feature at weddings, birthday celebrations, company parties, salsa congresses and nightclub programmes. It is also an option for festivals looking to include a Latin dance performance.
