Book Firewood Band for parties and events
Firewood Band brings an American folk-rock sound rooted in the 1970s to live events. Two singers share lead vocals and harmonies, with guitars at the heart of the performance. For anyone looking to hire a pop-rock band with folk and blues influences, the group offers a distinctive live option for celebrations and private or corporate occasions.
Guitars, harmonica and two voices
The set combines original material with covers of Neil Young in his more electric style, ZZ Top, The Black Crowes and the Rolling Stones. The line-up features Quim Aguasca on vocals and guitar, Javier López on guitar, harmonica and vocals, Álvaro Raigon on bass and David Martínez on drums. Their sound gives prominence to the interplay between vocals and guitars, with the drive of rock and touches of folk and blues.
Musical experience across rock and blues
The musicians have played in a range of rock, blues and other projects, including Dr. Soul & the Mammy Brass Band, Quòrum, Fuzz-Off, Blues Legacy Quintet and La Ruta. They have also performed with Big Dani Pérez and Marc Ruíz, been part of the Taller de Músics Big Band, and contributed to recordings with El Sobrino del Diablo, Julián Hernández and La Ruta. The band cites 25 years of professionalism, quality and commitment.
