Fernando Jagged performs an acoustic solo set of original songs and covers, or HÉROES, a selection of classics with guitarist Mr. Moran.
Fernando Jagged offers two acoustic formats for events looking for guitar-led live music with a distinctive point of view. His solo show combines original songs in English and Spanish with covers by artists who have shaped his musical tastes. Alternatively, he joins guitarist Mr. Moran for HÉROES, a set made entirely of covers.
The solo material explores loss, pain and injustice through lyrics charged with emotion and anger. HÉROES revisits folk, rock and pop-rock classics from different eras, with a particular focus on the 1960s and 1970s. The artists covered include Bob Dylan, Elvis Presley, Neil Young, Neil Diamond, Radiohead and Stereophonics. Four songs from the show were recorded on an EP at Estudios KMB.
The acoustic setup works well for concerts and intimate venues, as well as celebrations seeking live music in a close-up setting. The performance lasts around an hour and a half and can be adjusted to suit the venue’s needs.
