El silencio de los héroes are a five-piece tribute to Héroes del Silencio. Formed in 2009 in Ejea de los Caballeros, Zaragoza, the band brings together musicians with long-standing ties to Aragón’s music scene. Their live show suits concerts and celebrations for audiences keen to hear the group’s best-known songs.
Chema Moiai is on vocals, Roberto Flores and Fernando Campos play guitar, José Menjón plays bass, and Jesús Ángel Ladrero is on drums. The band wear outfits inspired by the Avalancha tour, including its well-known sequin trousers. The concert runs for more than two hours.
The set revisits Héroes del Silencio hits and songs that formed part of the soundtrack for the band’s fans. It can also appeal to listeners who recognise some of the songs without following the group closely. The singer’s stage portrayal draws on Enrique Bunbury.
The band have played more than 40 concerts across Spain. They are an option for music events and parties looking for a Spanish rock tribute with a full line-up and a set focused on Héroes del Silencio.
