Book Deskarria2 for festivals and events
Deskarria2 brings Spanish pop and rock from the 1980s to the stage, drawing on the band’s connection to Málaga’s music scene. Formed in 1984 and described as pioneers of punk in Málaga, they pair covers from the decade with original material. Their live show suits public festivals, private celebrations and corporate events looking for a Spanish rock band with an unmistakably 80s repertoire.
A four-piece live band
The current line-up features Rafa J. Rojano on vocals and guitar, Alejandro Peña on guitar and backing vocals, Jato Gómez on drums, and Juan Jesús Jiménez on bass. This full-band set-up centres on vocals, guitars and a driving rhythm section.
Spanish 80s classics and original songs
The set includes well-known Spanish pop and rock covers from the 1980s alongside the band’s own songs. In 2021 they released El rockero solitario, an album described as bringing 80s-style melodies into the present. It offers a mix of familiar songs from the era and original music.
