Deja que sueñe is a live tribute to Manuel Carrasco, led by singer Raúl Ogalla. He is joined by a five-piece band to perform a selection of the Spanish artist’s best-known songs. The show lasts almost two hours, moving between more intimate passages and higher-energy moments.
The line-up features Ogalla on lead vocals, Bertín Pacheco on musical direction, keyboards, saxophone and backing vocals, Santi Martínez on drums, cajón and light percussion, Manu Aucejo on bass, and Eva Buendía and Amparo Quilis on acoustic and electric guitar. The band needs 45 minutes to unload and set up, followed by 90 minutes for soundcheck. FOH, lighting, monitor and stage technicians are required; the technical rider is supplied when a quote is requested.
The set list evolves and is not fixed. It may feature songs such as “Y ahora”, “No dejes de soñar”, “Uno x uno”, “Sabrás”, “Mujer de las mil batallas”, “Qué bonito es querer” and “Me dijeron de pequeño”. Acoustic sections and full-band arrangements give the programme a varied pace.
