Oriental and tribal dance with Salma, available as a solo act or with a group, tailored to the event space and theme.
Dances from Orient is a dance show led by Salma, a dancer and instructor with over ten years’ experience. She can perform solo or alongside a dance group, adapting the presentation to the venue and the theme of your event.
The performance draws on oriental and tribal dance, with possible influences from jazz and cabaret. Salma may use veils, candelabra, fans, Isis wings, finger cymbals and candles. The act requires a suitable dance space and music equipment.
The choice of styles and formats makes the show suitable for weddings, family celebrations, corporate events, nightclubs, restaurants and Arab tea houses. It can also take part in street parades. The line-up and running time can be discussed in light of the event and its practical requirements.
