A 12-piece comedy brass band from Jaén for parades, weddings, private parties and events across Spain.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Charanga El Movidón is a comedy music group from Jaén, made up of 12 instrumentalists. With experience performing at celebrations across Spain, the band brings live music, humour and movement to its sets.
The line-up includes saxophones, trumpets, trombone, tuba, bombardinos and percussion. The musicians perform with plenty of energy, and some of the arrangements have been created by members of the group. The percussion section draws on Latin, funk and jazz rhythms.
The band has a broad repertoire and takes song requests. Its influences include Artistas del Gremio and Mnozil Brass. A notable milestone was winning first prize at the Beas de Segura National Brass Band Competition in 2014.
Hire the charanga for parades, morning street processions, fairs, sporting events, weddings, private parties, birthdays, stag or hen parties, company dinners and performances in pubs or other venues. The format can accompany a procession or bring energy to a particular part of your event.
