Classically trained saxophonist for pop, jazz, processional music and chamber performances in a range of settings.
César MT is a classically trained saxophonist who can join ensembles looking for an alto saxophone. His experience includes solo performances, bands, street bands, weddings and chamber groups. That range of settings makes his playing a flexible option for live music at a private celebration or an organised event.
He performs from sheet music and is comfortable sight-reading. His repertoire can include well-known pop songs, jazz, street music, processional pieces and arrangements of classical works. The choice can be shaped around the occasion and the performance format.
His music brings together popular repertoire and styles connected with his classical training. He has spent over eight years playing in bands from different municipalities and has one year of experience in a street band.
