Flamenco singer blending traditional styles with modern sounds, with nine albums to his name.
We are a booking agency for events, not the artist's team. We work with organisers: festivals, councils, companies, venues and weddings.
Canelita, the stage name of Jonathan Vera Granja, is a flamenco singer who grew up in Algeciras. He released his first album, Vivo errante, aged 12 and has since put out nine albums. His live performance can bring flamenco singing to festivals, weddings, corporate functions and private celebrations.
His music draws on traditional flamenco while incorporating modern sounds. Early releases explored styles including tangos, rumbas and bulerías. Albums in his catalogue include Por mi calle, Bésame, Vuelvo, Soñaré, Saltaré and Divino. He also released the single Llama viva.
Canelita has worked with José Mercé and Diego El Cigala, as well as artists from urban music. His music has reached audiences in France, Germany and Japan. Camarón de la Isla is one of his key artistic influences.
His flamenco repertoire may suit local festivals, weddings and private or corporate events looking to include live cante. The precise performance format can be discussed in light of the event’s requirements.
