Book Bandada for weddings and events

Bandada is the musical project of Marian Ruiz, a singer, actor and songwriter based in Pamplona. Her performances centre on original songs shaped by her work as a poet and lyricist.

A distinctive mix of sounds

The music draws on rock, pop, rumba, reggae, swing and tango, moving between styles rather than settling into one genre. The lyrics are expressive and poetic, and the songs are delivered with feeling. Marian Ruiz is the singer at the heart of the project.

Ruiz was a finalist in the Encuentros 2000 young singer-songwriter competition and later took part in Imagina Scene 2014 with Smallband. Bandada also has two performance formats: “Versonando”, an acoustic poetry and music recital, and “Bandada de amores en rock y versos”, an electric concert combining classical poetry with Bandada’s music.

Events that suit Bandada

Consider Bandada for weddings, private celebrations, corporate events and cultural programmes looking for original songwriting with a broad range of influences. The acoustic recital and electric concert offer different ways to shape the performance to the occasion.
