A singer-songwriter duo blending music, comedy and theatre in a warm, audience-involving live show.
Book Antílopez for parties and events
Antílopez is a duo made up of Félix López and Miguel Ángel Márquez, two artists from Huelva who bring together singer-songwriter music, comedy and theatre. Their own songs anchor a live show in which stagecraft and audience connection matter as much as the music.
The duo call their style «Chiripop Absurdo Depresivo con Catarsis Tragicómica». Their songs draw on rock, folk, cheeky canción and fandango, with humour and social commentary in the lyrics. The result moves between music, comedy and reflection rather than fitting neatly into one genre.
A funny, participatory live show
On stage, Antílopez combine a concert with elements of theatrical performance. Audience interaction is part of the act, making room for laughter alongside the songs. Their repertoire includes «Musa en Paro Busca Poeta», «Mentira», «Arizona Wifi», «Prefiero» and «Peligro de Extinción».
Following their debut album «Ser músico», they released records including «Por desamor al arte», «Desprendimiento de rutina», «Dibujo libre» and «Mutar fama». They have played festivals such as Viña Rock, Arenal Sound and Sonorama, and appeared on television programmes including «Late Motiv».
Events that suit the act
The format can work at parties, festivals and celebrations looking for live music with humour and audience interaction. Its mix of songwriting and comedy can also bring a different tone to private or corporate events, depending on the venue and occasion.
