Spanish-language rock with groove, thoughtful lyrics and a four-piece line-up of vocals, guitars, bass and drums.
77 RPM are a Madrid-based Spanish rock band with four musicians. Baol Bardot Bulsara sings and plays rhythm guitar; Javier Leiva handles guitar and backing vocals; Víctor Cisternas is on bass, and Daniel Podador plays drums. Their sound pairs a direct, polished rock approach with a strong groove and thoughtful, uplifting lyrics.
The full-band format brings together guitars, a tight rhythm section and lead vocals. The project began when four musicians who barely knew one another found common ground in a shared set of songs and ideas. The band also takes care of aspects of its own music production, including recording, design, production and marketing.
77 RPM play Spanish-language rock and do not tie themselves to a single label. Their first EP, «Que nunca… más vale tarde», contains five songs. Expect a guitar-led sound, rhythmic drive and lyrics in Spanish.
The band can suit town festivals, private celebrations, weddings and corporate events looking for live rock. Share details of the venue and technical requirements when enquiring so the format can be considered for your event.
