Fuengirola punk band active again since 2017, with a renewed line-up and original material alongside updated older songs.
3 de Bastos are a punk band formed in Fuengirola in 1992. Their first run lasted until 2002, followed by a break before they returned in 2017 with a new line-up. The comeback brought new songs as well as older material that had been revisited and updated.
The band has produced its own demos and live recordings independently. Its material brings together original compositions and covers, shaped by a punk sound and a history that includes both an early period and a later return.
In 2017, the band recorded the live demo Infamia Nazional, an eight-track release with six original songs and two covers. The three members funded the recording themselves and handled its post-production and mastering.
3 de Bastos may suit parties and music events looking for a punk performance. The mix of original songs and covers gives punk fans different ways into the set.
